• What do I need to do to start playing poker online?

• How do I download the software application?

All you have to do is click on the 'Download Now' button on the left hand side of any page on the website and follow the step by step instructions. If you experience difficulties, please contact Customer Support.

• I downloaded the application but I can't find it.

When you download a Yachting Poker icon will be placed on your desktop, this can be selected to begin using the software. If you cannot find the Yachting Poker software application on your computer, simply go to Start; choose "Search" and then choose "All Files and Folders". Search for "Yachting Pokerpoker.exe", once you have found the application .exe file, double-click it to launch the application.

• How do I start playing poker at Yachting Poker?

After the software installation is complete, you can launch the application by double-clicking the Yachting Poker icon on your desktop or you can go to Start and choose the Yachting Pokerpoker.exe application from the "Programs" menu.

• Do I have to visit Yachting Poker website every time I want to play?

No, you can launch the application (poker software) directly from your computer's desktop.

• I can't hear the sounds, what can I do?

In the Yachting Poker main lobby, click on the 'Options' sub-menu and check the option, 'Enable Sounds' if it does not already have a tick next to it. If you are still unable to hear sound, check the sound setup on your computer system.

• Games

• Can I play for free?

Of course! You can always play for free at the 'Demo' tables. When logged in on the poker software select the 'Demo' option in the top left filter box just below the game type tabs. The table name will appear in gray text and you will be betting with play chips just for fun.

• How can I learn to play poker?

Learn the rules and some basic strategies by clicking on the Poker Guide in the main menu at Yachting Poker. After you have become familiar with the rules, it is always a good idea to practice at the 'Demo' tables for awhile to get a feel for the software and online play.

• How do I join a table?

Choose the desired table from the main lobby by double-clicking it or by clicking on the "Go to table" button on the right side of the lobby. At the table, choose the empty seat that you want by clicking on it. You will see a window where you can choose the desired buy-in. The 'no limit' and 'pot limit' tables have a minimum and a maximum buy-in. When you confirm the buy-in amount you will be sat at the table and ready to play poker.

• How can I play in a freeroll tournament?

In the Yachting Poker main lobby, click on the "Tourneys" tab and search through the list for the tournament that you want to play. To be able to find freerolls easier, select the 'Freeroll' option in the Stake filter or sort the list by the Buy-in column. Once you have found a tournament you want to enter, double-click it and from the tournament menu click on the 'Register' button.

• Where can I see the rules for each game?

The rules for all the games that can be played at Yachting Poker can be found explained in detail on the 'Poker Guide' page of the website. You can access this page either directly through your browser or from the 'How to Play' sub-menu in the Yachting Poker lobby.

• What can I do if the table where I want to play is full?

You can add yourself to the waiting list by clicking the 'Join Waitlist' button from the right. When a seat at the table becomes available, you will see a pop-up window. Alternatively, you can join a similar table that will be available in the lobby.

• Can I see the value of the pot at all times?

You will be able to see the total value of the pot just above the center of the table on the dealers seat at all times. Also, the chips in the pot will have a value next to them.

• How can I see where my friends are playing?

Click on the 'Lobby' sub-menu from the top menu in the Yachting Poker main lobby and choose 'Find player'. Type in the name of the player you want to find then click on the 'Find player' button and you will see if that player is connected and which table he is playing on.

Note: Players can choose to be excluded from being found via this search through the 'Hide from Find Player' selection in the 'Options' menu.

• Bonus and Promotions

• How do I know if I have a bonus pending?

A quick bonus summary can be seen at the bottom right hand corner of the lobby by clicking on the ‘VIP & Bonus’ tab. For more details you can go to the ‘Account’ menu and select the ‘Bonus Status’ option.

• What do I have to do to clear the pending bonus?

You can clear the bonus by earning Points. The number of points you have to earn depends of the value of the bonus you have to clear.

• What are the Yachting Poker Points and how can I earn them?

Yachting Poker points are Yachting Poker’s loyalty points. You can earn them by playing at the real money tables or by playing tournaments and sit & go tournaments. These points help build your VIP level and can be used to buy in to special PPP tournaments. You can also convert the loyalty points to Tokens or a Cash bonus.

• How do I find out about the current promotions at Yachting Poker?

You can see the current promotions on the Yachting Poker website on the ‘Promotions’ page. You can view it directly in your browser or simply click on 'Promotions' at the bottom of the Yachting Poker lobby.

• Tournaments

• What types of tournaments does Yachting Poker offer?

At Yachting Poker you can play sit & go tourneys (SnG) and multi-table tournaments (freezout, rebuy or knockout). These come in various forms including Freezeout, Rebuy, Turbo, Super Turbo, High Stack, Knockout, Double Up and many more.

• How do I find a tournament?

In the Yachting Poker main lobby click on 'SitNgo' or the 'Tourneys' tab to see a list of current tournaments. To make it easier to find the desired tournament use the filters to sort the list by tourney name, buy-in, date etc.

• How can I register in a tournament?

Once you have found the desired tournament, double-click it and choose 'Register' from the tournament window. If this option is not available check the tournament status or see when registration opens.

• I have registered for a tournament but now I want to unregister. What should I do?

In the tournament window click on the 'Unregister' button. Unregistering can be done up to one minute before the tournament begins for most events.

• Fairness and Security

• How fairly are the cards dealt?

The cards are dealt and shuffled using a Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG is a complex algorithm that generates numbers randomly, unpredictably and independent from each other. You can read more information regarding fairness and security on the 'Security' page of Yachting Poker.

• Is it possible for another player to see my cards?

The information regarding hole cards is sent safely and is encrypted by our servers only to the player's computer. It is impossible for another player to view this information and to see your cards.
