- How do I credit my player account?
You will be able to credit your player account, only if your account has been validated by Yachting Poker.

- Once you have chosen your method, please follow the instructions
If your transaction is accepted, you will then receive a confirmation e-mail, and your funds will be credited into your account in REAL TIME depending on the chosen payment method.
- How do I withdraw my funds?
You will be able to withdraw your funds, only if you have an accepted deposit. When using electronic wallets, you will need to have previously accepted transactions with the same payment method – this not older than 6 months (these terms may not apply depending on the account activity).

- How do I make a re-deposit?
When you request a withdrawal, you have up to 5 days to return/reverse the withdrawn funds back to your player account. Please follow these instructions.

- What should I do when my transaction fails?
If your transaction fails, we suggest that you contact Customer Service.
- I have tried to deposit with my Visa / MasterCard / Carte Bleue and I have been asked for the CVV. What is this number?
CVV is an anti-fraud security feature to help verify that you are in possession of your credit / debit card. For Visa / MasterCard / Carte Bleue, the 3 digit CVV Number is printed on the signature panel on the back of the card. Should we ask for documentation, please ensure that you hide these 3-digits.
- What is 3D Secure?
3D Secure is an extra security measure introduced by various Card Types to improve the security of Internet payments. When processing a transaction, you will be asked to authenticate your transaction by entering a password, date of birth or other information requested by your card issuer. The authentication code varies depending on the card issuer. At present, both our payment gateways, CDP and CNG, offer this option.

In addition, the Commission has placed a great emphasis on the protection of players' funds and has introduced a three-tier system as to the processes the licensees must adopt to protect players' funds. The rating system consists of three grades; Basic, Medium and High:
• Basic: Segregation of accounts
• Medium: A Quistclose trust or equivalent/insurance/reserve
• High: Independent trust account
The minimum the UKGC expects is segregation of players' funds into separate accounts.

In order to send funds to your Ecocard account you need to have an accepted transaction through the same Ecocard account not older than 6 months. If you do not have an accepted deposit you will not be able to view this option under the "Withdrawal" section.
