How do I credit my playing account?
You will be able to credit your playing account, only if your account has been validated by Yachting Poker.
  1. Log into your Yachting Poker account.
  2. Click on “Bank”.
  3. Click on “Buy Credits”.
  4. Select the method of your choice.
  5. Once you have chosen your method please follow the instructions.

If your transaction is approved you will always receive an e-mail and your funds will be credited in your account in real time depending on the chosen payment method.

You will not be able to purchase more funds if you have more than €/$ 150 in your account.

When you open an account with Yachting Poker your standard limits will be as follows:
  • Daily: € - $ 600
  • Weekly: € - $ 2600
  • Monthly: € - $ 5500

Limits may vary depending on the method you choose.

How do I cash out my funds?
You will be able to cash out your funds only if you have an approved deposit. In case you are using electronic wallets you need to have an approved transaction with the same payment method not older than 6 months (these terms may not apply depending on the account activity).
  1. Log into your Yachting Poker account.
  2. Click on ‘Bank’.
  3. Click on ‘Cash Out’.
  4. Select the method of your choice.
  5. Once you have chosen your method please follow the instructions.

Cash outs stay pending for 5 days on our system and if it is your first cash out you need to supply us with the below documentation.
  • Front and Back of CC (if a Credit / debit card has been used – always hide the CVV when sending in copies).
  • Front and Back of Picture ID.
  • Recent Utility Bill (not older than 3 months).
  • If needed the Purchase Agreement Form (which will be provided by us).
How do I make a redeposit?
If you have a pending cash out (remember that cash outs stay pending for five days), you may return your funds to your playing account.
  1. Log into your account.
  2. Click on “Bank”.
  3. Click on “Buy Credits”.
  4. You will be able to view your cash out on this screen.
  5. Click on “Cancel” and redeposit your funds and your account will be immediately credited.
  6. The cash out request will be cancelled.
  7. On your transaction History the transaction will show as “Cancelled by User”.
  8. You will qualify for the Bonus Games “Pick your luck” or “Paris Bonus” (maximum 3 times without depositing).
You even have the option to redeposit just a part of your cash out by entering the amount in the specific field.

What should I do if I've submitted a successful deposit but my account has not been credited?
If you've made a successful deposit using one of our payment methods and the funds do not reach your playing account after the stipulated time frame, please contact Customer Care, which is available to our players 24/7.

I have received an e-mail stating that my deposit has been successful, what should I do with this information?
After every successful deposit or cash out you will receive an e-mail from Yachting Poker or one of our payment processors, depending on the method chosen. Yachting Poker recommends that you keep this information for future reference.


How can I view my transaction history?
To view your transaction history please use the following steps:

What should I do if my transaction fails to post?

I have tried to deposit with my Visa / MasterCard / Carte Bleue and I have been asked for the CVV. What is this number?
CVV is an anti-fraud security feature that was designed to help verify that you are in actual possession of your credit card. For Visa / MasterCard / Carte Bleue, the 3 digit CVV number is printed on the signature panel on the back of the card. In case we ask for documentation please ensure that you hide these 3-digits.

Am I eligible for a bonus when I deposit?
When you make your very first deposit, you will get from 100% to 300% in bonus. After your first bonus, every deposit you make you will receive a 'reload bonus' by playing our bonus games “Pick Your Luck” or “Paris Bonus”.

Unfortunately Yachting Poker does not accept cheques for your deposits. However, this option can be used to cash out funds from your playing account.
