Our objective is to promote and ensure responsible gaming. We encourage everyone to read this section. For most people, gambling is a recreational and leisure activity, but for some, gambling can become uncontrollable. A compulsive gambler is someone who is unable to resist the impulse to gamble, leading to severe personal or social consequences.
The American Psychiatric Association defines pathological gambling as consisting of five or more of the following symptoms:
- Preoccupation with gambling (thinking of ways to get money to gamble with)
- Needing to gamble with increasing amounts of money in order to feel excitement
- Repeated unsuccessful efforts to cut back or stop gambling
- Becoming restless or irritable when trying to cut back or stop gambling
- Gambling to escape problems or to relieve feelings of helplessness or anxiety
- Trying to recoup immediately after losing money (chasing losses)
- Lying about the extent of gambling
- Committing illegal acts to finance gambling
- Losing or jeopardizing a significant relationship, or an educational or career opportunity because of gambling
- Relying on others to get him or her out of financial problems caused by the gambling
In order to reduce the risk of developing a gambling problem, we would like you to remember the following:
- The decision to gamble is a personal choice
- Only gamble what you can afford to lose
Times when people should not gamble:
- When under the legal gambling age
- When the gambling interferes with other responsibilities
- When in the early stages of recovery from alcoholism or chemical dependency
- When the primary aim is to recoup debt
We have implemented a number of measures to assist customers to gamble responsibly:
- We have developed various functionalities to decrease your limits and self-exclude yourself. These options can be found on the logged in section > Update Profile > Set My Playing Limits. On this screen you will be able to:
- Activate the “Reality Check” – if you activate this option, every hour the system will notify you how long you have been playing on our site.
- Change the Wager, Deposit & Time Limits - You have the ability to increase and decrease your limits. If you choose to increase your limits or decreasing the exclusion the change will take effect 7 days after your request.
- Suspend your account: Thanks to this option you have the ability to suspend your account permanently or for a period of time. If you choose a period of time your account will automatically reopen once the time is over.
- Tools to protect from underage access
- Access to your Game History (dates, bets, wins amounts and detailed game results)
- Access to your Transaction History (deposits, withdrawals and bonuses)
If you have an addiction problem we encourage you to contact us on [email protected]. If you do contact us by chat or by phone Customer Support will close your account or change your limits on the spot but if you need more help you will be requested to send an e-mail to the above mentioned e-mail address.

Whilst every effort is made to identify suspicious gambling patterns, the company cannot be held responsible for any losses a player may incur as a result of his addiction to gambling unless he/she has contacted us about their problem and requested exclusion.
The company will not be held responsible for any consequences in taking appropriate action to limit betting activity for a player, where it feels it is in the best interest of the player in line with its responsible gaming procedures, even if the player does not request such limitations himself.
