These rules apply for all the MTT and SNG tournaments offered by Yachting Poker, unless otherwise stated:
1. All tournaments offered by Yachting Poker can be entered from the lobby.
2. All MTT tournaments have a fixed starting time that may be found in the lobby.
3. All SNGs will start when the required number of players are registered.
4. Information regarding tournaments such as the number of registered players, the prize pool and other details may be found in the lobby.
5. In a MTT, players will be allowed to register any time between registration opening and late registration closing.
6. Players may unregister from a MTT any time before seating.
7. In a SNG, registration is allowed anytime as long as open seats are available.
8. Players may unregister from a SNG anytime before all the seats offered are taken.
9. In the event a player unregisters from a tournament, he will receive back the buy-in and the buy-in fee (this will be in the form of tournament tokens if the player qualified via a satellite).
10. Players may not choose or change their seats. They are assigned seats randomly by the software.
11. Redistribution of seats during a tournament will be done automatically and randomly.
12. Players who are moved to a new table will enter the game as soon as possible.
13. All players in a tournament will have to post blinds or ante-s if necessary. Players who are not at the table will post blinds automatically until they are eliminated.
14. Usually, each player will post a small blind and a big blind each round.
15. When balancing the tables, the following may occur: posting the big blind more than once per round, posting only one blind or no blind at all per round. These situations do not influence the fairness of the game as they occur rarely and randomly.
16. Before starting the first hand, the dealer button will be placed at seat 1.
17. When not acting in time (time out) players will fold automatically.
18. The tournament continues until all players except one are eliminated.
19. A player is eliminated when he loses all of his chips and does not rejoin (rebuy) into game.
20. The final position will be determined according to elimination; the first player to be eliminated will be placed in last position.
21. When two players are eliminated at the same time, the player having the highest number of chips at the beginning of the round will be granted the best place. In cases of equal chips, then the player in earliest position (closest to the dealer) will be ranked as the better place.
22. There will be a five-minute break every 55 minutes past the hour in all MTT tournaments (tournaments that start after 40 minutes past the hour will skip the first break).
23. Players are expected to follow the casino’s etiquette. Insults and swearing in chat are forbidden .
24. English is the only language used in chat.
25. It is forbidden for a player to reveal his cards in chat while the hand is in play.
26. Soft playing is forbidden. Soft playing is when a player does not play a hand to its full potential intending to help another player advance further.
27. A tournament takes place only when the required number of players are registered. Otherwise the tournament will be cancelled and all buy-ins and buy-in fees will be returned to the players.
28. A player is not allowed to participate with more than one account; otherwise he will lose all funds and have all accounts closed.
29. Yachting Poker takes no responsibility in case of Internet disconnection, or any other problems caused by the player’s computer or connection to the Internet. Yachting Poker is held liable only against problems caused by Yachting Poker servers.
30. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tournaments at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
